Ustec Srl (Undercarriage Solutions Technologies) was established through the acquisition of the "Undercarriages" Business Unit from Sampierana S.p.A., a Romagna-based company founded by the Para family in the 1950s. Led by Cesare Para along with his children Valentina and Francesco, Ustec benefits from a well-established management team, a technical office, and specialized production departments focused on the design, production, and commercialization of tracked undercarriages. Despite its recent formation, the company relies on a robust organizational and production structure.

Needs
