FA: Axial Extension

TS: right angle head
Right Angle heads are ideal for expanding the operational capability of both horizontal and vertical spindle machine tools by allowing the tool orientation to be changed. They are available in fixed or rotating versions, with compact and offset designs. Angle heads enable machining on side surfaces and in confined spaces without repositioning the workpiece, significantly improving productivity.

TUI - TWI: Universal Offset head
The universal attachment head with one or two indexed positioning axes is designed to deliver versatility and robustness in discrete angular machining operations, while maintaining full compatibility with both horizontal and vertical spindle machines:
- Indexed axes with 1° or 2.5° increments through Hirth-tooth coupling rings
- Automatic head change compatible with multi-tool systems
- Internal and external tool coolant supply
- Compatibility with ISO, HSK, and Capto tooling systems
TUA - TUAR: 45° Universal head
The universal attachment head with one or two continuous, high-resolution positioning axes is composed of two semi-bodies with rotation axes oriented at 45° to each other. Ensuring versatility and precision in angular machining operations it is ideal for 3-axis or 3+2-axis machining, particularly on inclined surfaces with up to 360,000 different positions.”

TOM - TUM: Fork Type Head for 5 axis machining
The fork type head with one or two axes provides a wide rotation range and greater machining freedom on complex surfaces. The tilting movement of the A-axis and the rotational movement of the C-axis are driven by CNC-controlled servomotors. It is ideal for 5-axis machining of components with complex geometries, undercuts, or three-dimensional profiles.

TOM-E: Fork type head with electrospindle
This fork-type attachment head version is excellent for high spindle-speed machining of materials such as aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and composites. The tilting spindle body can be equipped with a wide range of electrospindles, selected according to the material type and machining conditions. This attachment head can be used for 3-axis, 3+2-axis, and simultaneous 5-axis machining, where spatial orientation movements are combined with the three orthogonal linear axes.

TH: Turning head
This robust and precise attachment head is designed for turning operations on multitasking machining centers. It can be customized in shape, size, and number of tool stations for both roughing and finishing operations on external and internal surfaces:

UT: Facing head
This attachment head provides an effective solution for facing and turning operations, including complex profiles. Through the CNC-controlled radial axis of the tool slide, different diameters can be achieved while keeping the machine spindle axis stationary:
