THE ATLAS VISION SERIES
High-speed machining centers
Atlas Vision is our line of high-speed vertical milling centers with linear guideways, developed using state-of-the-art technologies for a wide range of machining operations. Thanks to its structural features, it is suitable for meeting the needs of multiple industrial sectors.
Key features of Atlas Vision
Enables the machining of components with diverse geometries, ensuring outstanding operational flexibility
Offers multiple options with a wide range of standard and customized attachment heads
Allows two separate working areas with the Double Table configuration or FMS system
The G-U version is ideal for machining aluminum, composite materials, and superalloys
Modular configuration
Thanks to our FDC (Flexible Design Concept) technology, it is possible to create modular solutions with different machine morphologies while keeping the core components unchanged, offering various configurations:
The variants of our Planomiller
Atlas Vision P (Planomiller) is a bridge type structure consisting of two fixed columns, anchored directly to the foundation with leveling and fastening jacks to ensure absolute stability. The columns are rigidly conneced by a robust crossrail. The moving table (X-axis) provides the longitudinal motion of the machine.Fixed crossbeam (P)
In the P configuration, the crossrail is fixed and is supported by linear guides for the transverse movement of the ram carriage.Moving crossbeam (P-W)
In the P-W configuration, the crossrail moves vertically along the columns through a preloaded hydrostatic guideways (W-axis).Atlas Vision P | |
|---|---|
| Distance between columns | From mm 3000 up to 5000 mm |
| Table width | From 2000 up to 4000 mm |
| Table length | From 3000 mm up to 8000mm |
| Longitudinal X-axis travel | From 4000 mm up to 9000 mm |
| RAM vertical travel (Z-axis) | From 1250 up to 2000 mm |
| W-axis vertical travel (only for ATLAS VISION P-W working crossrail) | From mm 1500 up to 2000 |
| Spindle power | From 40 up to 60 kw |
| Torque | From 1200 Nm up to 2500 Nm |
| Spindle Speed | From 4000 rmp up to 6000 rpm |
| C Axis | Continuous positioning/working |
| X axis Feed | Up to 30000 mm/min |
| Y and Z axes Feed | Up to 40000 mm/min |

Discover the versatility of Hybrid Technology
Our Hybrid concept is born from the integration of mechanical and hydrostatic technologies, which is made possible by our in‑house expertise and the internal production of all key components. This unique capability allows us to deliver fully customized solutions engineered for high performance and long‑term reliability.
The hybrid configuration combines linear guides on the X and Y axes—ideal for ensuring high speed and dynamic motion—with a high‑rigidity hydrostatic ram designed to provide outstanding stability, consistent precision, and excellent vibration damping, even under the most demanding machining conditions.
The result? An optimized architecture that enhances performance and quality while reducing operating costs, elevating the machining experience to a higher level.

The variants of our Gantry
Atlas Vision G (Gantry) is a moving portal that travels longitudinally on a series of beds (x axis), supported by linear guideways equipped with preloaded crossed-roller pads. The beds are rigidly anchored to the foundations using leveling jacks and tie rods. The columns are firmly connected by a robust crossrail.Fixed Crossbeam (G)
